I Love This Chamomile oil!

I have been using oils for a while now and I have to say I absolutely love this Chamomile Essential Oil from First Botany! I could tell that it was 100% pure and natural the first time I opened the bottle. This oil is a wonderful quality product. I use this chamomile oil to help me relax before I go to sleep or when I am stressed. Every night before I go to bed I add a few drops of this oil to my bath or shower, as I am bathing, the oil diffuses into the air and helps me relax. This oil also helps with dandruff, so when I add it to my bath water and rinse my hair it noticeably reduces flaking on my scalp. Not to mention it smells amazing! This oil works wonders! Peppermint essential oil

This peppermint oil from Young Living has to be one of my favorite essential oils for two reasons. One, because it smells amazing. Two because of its many benefits. Peppermint oil can relieve those who suffer from headaches. Peppermint also is known for giving energy and taking away discomfort due to exerise, stress, tension, etc. All you have to do is apply it to your temples and back of neck for tension relief. Add one drop of oil to one drop of carrier oil (this can be olive oil, grapeseed oil, vegtable oil, or any kind of oil. Also, if any other party of the body aches, simple! Follow the same directions above and apply to the desired area. For energy inhale a few times. This nail polish by Del Sol is so cool! I love painting my nails and when I heard of this nail polish that changes color in the sun I had to try it. I got it and was really surprised how well it worked. The color in the bottle is the color it will be on your nails when you are not outside, but the color on the top is the color it will be in the sun. I am definitely going to buy all different kinds of colors now that I know how it works. Hair Extentions

Ever since I was a little girl I have always wanted long hair that would go at least down to my belly button. In fact, my favorite princess growing up was Rapunzel, I would always play dress up as her. Sadly, as I grew older I found out that my hair would not grow past my breast. I tried everything to get my hair to grow including fish oil pills, hair skin and nails pills, massaging my scalp every night with all kinds of oils, I even went months without using any heat on my hair several times. But no matter how hard I tried it would not grow past that point. Many times I just gave up because my hair would always end up breaking off and getting split ends so I would just chop it off and start the cycle over again. I tried using fake hair extensions and wigs but they were always a huge hassle, within a few weeks they would end up looking ridiculously frizzy and I would have to throw them away. I began losing all hope until I found these hair extensions by UU. My Favorite Essential OIl

This peppermint oil is my absolute favorite essential oil. It is invigorating and I use it in my essential oil diffuser almost every single day. Peppermint oil can be used to lift up your mood and keep you alert. Some other uses I have for this peppermint oil is for my hair. I massage a mixture of this oil and water and massage it into my scalp before I take a shower to promote hair growth. I also add a few drops into my shampoo and conditioner for some extra stimulation. I also love the smell of it. I smell so cool and fresh after I get out of the shower. Super Cool Rim Lights

The photo above is of my friends and I riding our bikes in the dark with the super bright rim lights from Blue Skies. These rim lights are so cool! If feels like your lighting up the world as you ride around on your bike. They are super bright and last a very long time. I got the multicolored pack so I could choose from multiple colors but blue is my favorite and the one that I mainly use on my bike as seen above. These rim lights are also very easy to install, all I had to do was attach it to the valve system on my bike and then I was good to go. They are motion sensored so as soon as I start turning the pedals, the lights come on and look spectacular. I love these rim lights and recommend them to anyone who enjoys riding bikes.
